

Simplicity is at the root of all good solutions, and indeed the simple and easy installation of Sonacoustic® is one of the greatest virtues of the product. There are 2 options:
- Direct installation on a constructional substrate such as concrete or gypsum board
- Installation on a suspended construction on which a gypsum board or similar has been mounted.

ACOUSTICAL TEST DATA
We carried our testing at 2 recognized laboratories in the world; in Europe the Fraunhofer Institut in Stuttgart and in the famous Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories in Illinois.
FUNGI RESISTANCE
Sonacoustic® was tested on " Fungi resistance " according to ASTM C 1338 by R & D in Cookeville - Tennessee - the U.S.A., result: no fungal growth appeared.
HEALTH
No carcinogens and reproductive/developmental toxins could be detected. Classified M 1 by Eurofins laboratories in Denmark - test reports G09415A & G09415C.
FIRE TEST DATA
Sonacoustic® was tested on fire resistance, in Europe as well as in the U.S.A. Both certified laboratories rated Sonacoustic® as incombustible.
THERMAL PROPERTIES
Thermal conductivity and water vapor transmission were tested by MPVA laboratories in Neuwied - Germany.
LIGHT REFLECTANCE
Tested by Chemir laboratories according to ASTM E1331.
Result: a very high average light reflectance value of 94,69 for the standard white color.
